About the Company

The McLendon Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and advancing the next generation of leaders in sports. Through scholarships, fellowships, professional development programs, mentorship, and industry access, the Foundation helps students and young professionals build meaningful careers across the sports industry. Since 2020, McLendon has invested more than $10 million in career development initiatives, supported more than 200 fellows and 170 scholars, and created a growing community of emerging talent and industry leaders.
